Incerteza Viva with Pierre Huyghe
Pierre Huyghe De-Extinction, 2014 Film, colour, stereo sound Duration 12:38 min The film is made with motion control cameras that capture microscopic images of a piece of amber – fossilized tree resin which holds the remains of living things intact for 30 millions of years. Apparently moving through the material, the cameras focus on insects, examining their suspended bodies. Photo © Pierre Huyghe
