General Idea's AIDS Sculpture Part of the retrospective at Gropius Bau, Berlin

Beginning at the end of August, General Idea's monumental AIDS Sculpture, 1989/2023 will be on view in front of the Gropius Bau in Berlin, a preamble to the group's retrospective exhibition opening on September 21. Spanning 14 rooms of the museum, the retrospective comes to Berlin after presentations at the National Gallery of Canada, Ottawa (2022), and Stedelijk Museum Amsterdam (2023).

 

The retrospective at Gropius Bau, Berlin opens September 21, 7pm. The exhibition continues through January 14, 2024
