Introduction

Esther Schipper is pleased to announce our participation in the fourth iteration of Hallen #4 Art Festival held here in Berlin at the Wilhelm Hallen. On view will be a monumental sculpture from 2005, belonging to Ugo Rondinone's iconic moonrise. east series, consisting of a group of 12 masks. The complementary sunrise. east series is concurrently being shown in an exhibition in the garden of the Städel Museum, Frankfurt am Main (through November 5, 2023).
