Title Tool for an Imaginary Cinema consists of a light box with a set of letters which can be placed in two rows in order to spell short phrases. The artist initially selected 366 film titles to display, one for each day of the year. The selection was dedicated to the influential American film critic Amos Vogel (1921–2012) but also presented a compendium of the artist’s individual cinematic reference points.
